Article 1 - Processing purposes

Outsight-In collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, credit checks, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Article 2 - Legal bases for the processing

Personal data is processed pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, article 6.1. (a) consent, (b) necessary for the performance of an agreement, (c) necessary to comply with a legal obligation, (f) necessary for the protection of our legitimate interest to conduct business.

Insofar as the personal data is processed pursuant to article 6.1. a) (consent), the customer has the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

Article 3 - Transfer to third parties

If necessary for the intended purposes, the customer's personal data will be shared with other companies (of the Outsight-In group) within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly affiliated with Outsight-In or with any other partner of Outsight-In. 

Outsight-In guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data.

Article 4 -Storage period

Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be kept for the period necessary to meet the statutory requirements (including accountancy requirements).

Article 5 -Personal data rights concerning inspection, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability

Customers have the right to inspect their personal data at any time and may rectify it or have it rectified if it is incorrect or incomplete, have it erased, have its processing restricted and object to its processing by virtue of article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.

Customers also have the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, accessible and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.

To exercise the above rights, the customer is asked to:

modify the settings of his customer account; and/or 
send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@outsight-in.be.

Article 6 - Direct marketing

Customers have the right to object, free of charge, to any processing of their personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Article 7 - Complaints

Customer have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).
