P&O consultant
We are looking for an ambitious Consultant with a first proven expertise in one or more of the
following areas: Change Management, Organisation Design, HR transformation, or Talent & Leadership
advisory, to join the Outsight-In founding team.
As Consultant, we offer you a variety of local and international missions depending on your expertise
and interest. You help our clients align their People & Organisation strategy to achieve their company
goals, you run projects, and you create trust through your deep expertise. We will make sure to develop
your skills and your experience. As a person, you like to be challenged and to learn quickly on the job.
Of course, you have a passion for People and Organisations and you love teamwork in a cross-cultural
setting.
Your strengths

- Breathing ‘Consulting’ and 1 to 4 years proven professional consulting experience
- Master’s degree in psychology, social science, economics or commercial engineering
- >1 year experience in HR, talent & leadership, change management and/or organization design.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
- Analytical and creative mind with an eye for detail
- Able to adapt to your audience easily
- Client- and result oriented mindset
- Autonomous, flexible, proactive, and not afraid to take initiatives
- A true Team player
